Testimony of Dr. Thomas Shieh, MD, FACOG on Bill 162-37

Dr. Thomas Shieh, MD, FACOG is a board certified obstetrician who has been on Guam for over 23 years and has delivered almost 9000 babies on the island.  He arrived on Guam as a Navy Medical Officer at the U.S. Naval Hospital after his ob-gyn residency training from the University of Hawaii John A. Burns Ob-Gyn Residency Program at the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children.
