Bethany Taylor, Executive Directory of Harvest House, Testifies in Support of Guam's Heartbeat Bill

 

Bethany Taylor, the Executive Director of Harvest House, stepped forward on behalf of the unborn and delivered a powerful testimony in favor of Bill 291-36, the Guam Heartbeat Act of 2022.  

Bethany has been a foster parent on Guam for thirteen years and has fostered 40 children.  She founded Harvest House, a ministry for foster children and families on Guam that provides for their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
